چکیده
Abstract Congenital heart disease (CHD) is a leading cause of infant death. To diagnose CHD, recordings from abdominal fetal electrocardiograms (fECG) can be used as non-invasive tool. However, it challenging to extract the signal fECG partly due lack data combining with ground truth for signal, which obtained by using scalp electrode during delivery. In this study, we present computational model pregnant female torso, in simulate and maternal ventricular excitation sinus rhythm derive fECGs, so enable isolated measurement contributions. contribution combined apply an adaptive filtering algorithm wavelet transformed signals. Further development may improvements recording processing capabilities reliable estimation rates, possibly interpretation morphologies that could improve overall diagnostic significance fECGs.

Fetal ECG Extraction from Maternal Abdominal ECG Using Neural Network
FECG (Fetal ECG) signal contains potentially precise information that could assist clinicians in making more appropriate and timely decisions during pregnancy and labor. The extraction and detection of the FECG signal from composite maternal abdominal signals with powerful and advance methodologies is becoming a very important requirement in fetal monitoring. The purpose of this paper is to ill...
متن کاملSequential Total Variation Denoising for the Extraction of Fetal ECG from Single-Channel Maternal Abdominal ECG
Fetal heart rate (FHR) is an important determinant of fetal health. Cardiotocography (CTG) is widely used for measuring the FHR in the clinical field. However, fetal movement and blood flow through the maternal blood vessels can critically influence Doppler ultrasound signals. Moreover, CTG is not suitable for long-term monitoring. Therefore, researchers have been developing algorithms to estim...
متن کاملThe event synchronous canceller algorithm removes maternal ECG from abdominal signals without affecting the fetal ECG
Fetal monitoring using abdominally recorded signals (ADS) allows physicians to detect occurring changes in the well-being state of the fetus from the beginning of pregnancy. Mainly based on the fetal electrocardiogram (fECG), it provides the long-term fetal heart rate (fHR) and assessment of the fetal QRS morphology. But the fECG component in ADS is obscured by the maternal ECG (mECG), thus rem...
متن کاملinvestigating the feasibility of a proposed model for geometric design of deployable arch structures
deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...
Efficient Fetal-Maternal ECG Signal Separation from Two Channel Maternal Abdominal ECG via Diffusion-Based Channel Selection
There is a need for affordable, widely deployable maternal-fetal ECG monitors to improve maternal and fetal health during pregnancy and delivery. Based on the diffusion-based channel selection, here we present the mathematical formalism and clinical validation of an algorithm capable of accurate separation of maternal and fetal ECG from a two channel signal acquired over maternal abdomen. The p...
